I’m wondering whether any of you can help me out here, and let me know if I’m taking too many vitamins.

This is what I’m currently taking: (I’m a 19 year old female by the way.)

10,500 IU – Vitamin A (8,000 IU from a capsule, 2,500 IU from multi-vitamin)
1,030 IU – Vitamin E (1,000 IU from capsule, 30 IU from multi-vitamin)
58 mg – Zinc (50 mg from tablet, 8 mg from multi-vitamin)
5,150 mcg – Biotin (5,000 mcg from tablet, 150 mcg from multi-vitamin)
1,000 mg – Fish Oil
I take a B-Complex tablet sometimes, but I seem to get rid of it quickly.. so I figured my body wasn’t really absorbing it.

The multi-vitamin I take is Shaklee Vita-Lea (I only take 1 tablet instead of 2.) Also, I take Vitamin A, E and Zinc because I have acne prone skin, and that seems to help me out. My diet is pretty healthy, but I’ve also been lacking in Vitamin A. Again, I mostly take these supplements for my skin. Please let me know if it’s too much. Thanks!
