I’ve gained 2.5 pounds! Over the past months I’ve gained 7 pounds, but I ought to lose those 2.5 pounds quickly, otherwise I’ll get depressed and it would be even more difficult to lose them. I am fully aware to the fact that the healthy way is to eat a balanced diet in healthy portions and to exercise, but I have to get rid of these extra pounds that I’ve just add on. What is the best quick (vegan!) diet that I should be on for the next days/week? Should I eat only vegetables?
