Wanting to start a water fasting diet?
I’ve heard so many good things that fasting is great for your body.
I was just wondering has anyone ever tried it?
And what are some good tips as to what to do before and after the diet?
I was thinking of only doing it for 20 days or so.
I’ve heard people can do it up to 40 days that’s just crazy.
All answers would be greatly appreciated!

no fasting is bad for you. it will make you loose muscle and keep your fat. it will give u hunger pains most likey, and it Will give u diahreeah. you wont have any energy and you will most likely die or get real sick. fasting = being anorexic.
