My husband and I challenged each other to a week long fast. Were only eating fruits , vegetables, beans , and nuts. (No Grains, No dairy, and No Meat, No caffenated beverages). I know that I read about this type of diet before on a nutritional site. Now I cant find it or anything about fasting this way. Does anyone know anything about it ? Thanks in advance
